Tom Isenberg opened Tom's Automotive Inc. in Fitchburg, MA in 1998. He was tired of seeing auto repair customers being treated poorly and dishonestly in many cases. With his own auto repair shop, he was confident he could provide excellent automotive services at a fair price, while treating people with the respect they deserve.
