I returned to Tom's to resolve an O2 sensor issue that another local shop had not corrected after 5 visits, over the past month. Two visits were for other issues.
Tom's quickly determined that the previous O2 sensor installed was defective. They called, explained the diagnosis and repair cost, and had my van ready in less time than other shop. Mind you, i had to pay for the O2 sensor again, but I now know it has been repaired correctly without repeat visits.
